A new brand was born: naming, branding & packaging conceived in co-creation360 between our agency Elixir design and the SNV teams, the Fermiers du Bocage and Syvor, a group of poultry breeders.

The "Fermier de Normandie" label quickly became an obvious choice.
The mention of origin is on the rise, and the authentic terroir is appealing to consumers looking for healthy and natural products, bearing ancestral know-how and local.

Normandy is honoured as a reference for gastronomy. The objective of this project was twofold:
both to create a transversal brand with a strong impact in order to federate 3 universes (self-service supermarkets, traditional supermarket shelves and traditional butcher's shops), but also to seduce and convince the consumers of these 3 channels, whose expectations are different, for increasing levels of range respectively.

The project group opted for the co-creation360 method, designed by our agency Elixir design. Our strategy-creation duo, formed by Isabelle Marchand & Hortense Sicardon, brought together chicken farmers, marketing managers and a production manager in a cooperative workshop to define the brand name, the visual identity, the packaging design and the entire communication territory. 

The creation of a homogeneous and emotional communication territory: leaflets, recipe leaflets, brochures, posters at the point of sale, but also sales pitches and truck wraps to widely disseminate the brand's image.

In summary:
These extremely rich and authentic exchanges, combined with the method inspired by collective intelligence, quickly won the support of the entire cooperative group. A creation validated and approved by the consumers! A real challenge!
